Dzień Skandynawski

On 10th of December the Department of Internationalization of MUG organised the Scandinavian Day, an event aimed at familiarizing MUG employees with the culture and customs of a Scandinavian country.
The presentation was given by Barbara Kuczmarska and prof. Maria Skibińska from the Institute of Scandinavian Studies at the University of Gdańsk and it was connected with a typical Scandinavian fika – a meeting with coffee and sweets. The Scandinavians constitute large group of foreign students in our University. That’s why MUG’s staff were privided with knowledge about Scandinavian customs, elements of culture, Scandinavian companies and inventions. There was also a short language lesson.
